Superior Room

It’s a Superior Room of roughly 25 sqm in a panoramic position over the square with a view toward the vegetable garden, the swimmingpool and the botanic garden: the best sunset view of the whole farm! Bathroom has stone and stucco walls with tub and shower. This room has a four poster bed, a wardrobe and a desk, and floors in Umbrian cotto. It is equipped with:

• insect screens on all the windows,
• internet access (RJ45),
• independent heating,
• kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, kettle (no stove),
• safe box,
• 22″ LCD TV set with satellite receiver (free-to-air channels only) e digital terrestrial channels,
• daily room cleaning,
• hairdryer,
• linen change

We do not accept animals.

Note: We do not have, nor we rent, “apartments” and both the Rooms and the Suites do not feature a real kitchen but are equipped only with a sink, refrigerator and a set of dishes and glasses for quick snacks, no stove (on request we can provide a micro-wave). Breakfast and the other meals are prepared by our Restaurant and served in our dining room.
In all of our rooms and suites, as well as in the rest of the farm house, we kindly but firmly ask our guest to refrain from smoking, please consider it before making a reservation.
